Pushup pairs an automatic push-up counter with app blocking. It uses your front camera to count valid reps, then turns each rep into one minute of screen time. When you run out, selected apps stay blocked until you move again.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Choose the apps you want to spend less time in.
2. Prop up your phone and start a push-up workout.
3. Complete valid reps while the camera counts.
4. Earn one minute for every push-up.
5. Use your minutes only while a selected app is open.

Camera access counts push-ups during workouts. Accessibility access detects when a selected app is in front and blocks it when your earned minutes run out. You choose whether to enable app blocking and which apps it applies to.
