App is buggy and frequently crashes

The user interface is buggy. Most of the times I am not able to select my pickup and drop off location. It's as if the touch becomes non responsive. And when I am finally able to select the pickup and drop off the ride never gets booked because the app never goes beyond that menu

I like this service for casual rides but doesn't seem like you could count on it to get to work on time consistently. The low cost is nice. At least, I understand there is limited availability. This doesn't seem like a moneymaker for the bus company
