Couldnt book for my pickup location. Kept saying it wasn't a real address so I called instead, which was super easy And no problem. The bus never came so we were stuck for hours til I could get a different ride. More than likely will not attempt to use again.

Your new app update as of 2023 just installed this week does not show the estimated time any more. So you could be waiting an hour and not know the time. It shows the number of stops and the van number but not the estimated time that it did before.
