Look the app does not work, I can no longer access any of the settings, the times of pickup are never correct, the availability of the buses is extremely low. It's an awful system and it's not even moderated to keep things working

Booked early ended up getting picked up late... the driver didn't start driving until after the schedule time. I booked a day in advance and even hours ahead to make sure I make it on time but now I'm late
