Near Charlesworth, these days, there are less drivers. It always shows 'high demand' in the application. No one is taking action to resolve the problem. There are less drivers here. Timings: 1:30p.m to 2:30 p.m there is no bus. Driver takes break. There is no problem with that but they have not arranged another bus for this time period which is pathetic. Worst service from them. App is okay but it's all about service at the end of the day.

The update made it so you can't access rides booked for times more than 15 min from now. This essentially breaks the app for the time because you cannot cancel the booking or book a different ride
