Improvements to coverage, booking reliability, payment methods, and interface clarity are the main user requests.

Pros

The on-demand transit concept and personalized service is appreciated by multiple users.
Users value that HRT is testing and offering an on-demand option in the region.
A few users report a positive experience with the service (e.g., “Excellent!”).

Cons

Service area and zones are very limited—many addresses are “out of zone” or the zones are tiny.
Frequent inability to book trips: seats show as full, long waits for drivers, or requests close before completion.
Payment restrictions: prepaid cards, some bus pass codes or vouchers are not accepted—only major credit cards work for many users.
App usability problems: hard to use, not precise, and some users report it doesn’t work properly or is confusing.

Recent reviews

Leaves much to be desired. Can't book trips if the 'seats' are full and every transit area is considered too far or out of zone. There should be a booking slot available as well as an increase in zones regardless, but it definitely fairs better to utilize Uber, etc instead. I hope this service improves.
