In the about section, you need to change the zero fare to what you actually charge now. I used to ride the ORT on demand in Bentonville but I have a very hard time getting the ORT bus because they say they are full when I try to book a ride and I am completely lost and don't understand the dedicated route AT ALL. I have tried to understand it but you need to realize that not everyone getting a ride actually knows Bentonville to know where the buses go.

Now that you only have one on demand van, it is totally impossible to get a ride for disabled senior citizens like me, and I have to spend A fortune on Lyft cabs and your fixed route buses don't go where I need to go. Your call center is terrible, and beligerant. You should be ashamed of yourselves
