Doesn't work

Not currently working for me, as nothing shows up. Having the functionality of your extension only accessible via elements injected into a layout which might change is really bad practice and susceptible to breaking when a user gets served different HTML, which may happen when: - The official layout is changed - Something in the user's preferences leads to different HTML (Language and text direction, layout preferences, etc) - Regional changes in rolled out versions - A/B testing/experiments and will also fail when sites adopt Trusted-Types setups that aren't specifically taken care of, as we're seeing google do in places here and there recently. Staying on top of all of that is hard. If you can't reliably do that, put your functionality in your extension button menu.
