Online Subtitles is a Chrome extension that lets you watch your favorite movies and shows online with subtitles. It identifies video on web pages and enables subtitles upload in .srt format (charset utf-8). It offers various options like customizing the subtitle's color, position and time adjustment and is compatible only with html5 videos. The extension also features the functionality to select a subtitle encoding and adjusting the time of subtitles.

Eu não sabia como usava a extensão. Mas quando você passa o mouse em cima do player do vídeo aparece no canto esquerdo em cima uma seta pra cima. Quase não dá pra ver, mas vc clica lá que vai aparecer a opção de adicionar a legenda.
