cant add shadow on subtitles makes em evry hard to read

Took multiple tries to work on YouTube but eventually did work. This is repeatable and is a major issue. The setting menu looks good and the space between captions feature was a good move. For me the only second subtitle language was English, since I am a native English speaker this is not a problem but there should more options for others. For example even if you select Chinese at the bottom as a display language the only other language that appears in second subtitle was English. The action panel is also helpful for copying captions. One issue: The speed of the English translation is faster than the autogenerated Russian CC (The text should be side by side matching, for example when Hello is spoken it should popup at the same time as Привет)
