This is a really amazing product - it's unlike anything else I have seen! I should know... I have tried over 100 task management apps in my quest to locate one that is quick and aesthetically pleasing, while offering robust functionality. I feel like I've finally found a home with Yanado. It's so wonderful to not have to rely on Zapier or forwarded emails in order to turn emails into tasks. My workflow is so simple now that I never have to leave Gmail. Yanado helps me easily stay at inbox zero, keep everything organized, and get work done. I love the flexible use of colors and Kanban boards for a simple and beautiful visual approach to managing tasks. The custom fields (upgrade feature) allow me to sort my boards in useful ways. One of my favorite features is one that I have not seen anywhere else: the ability to assign subtasks to a different list than the parent task. Another great feature is that I can link multiple emails to a single task. Customer support is also impressive! I have reached out to the development team with questions and feature suggestions. They have been extremely responsive and helpful. I was very pleased to hear that many of my suggested improvements are already in their plan.

It has potential, I have tried many others. It's fast, and straight forward, Needs features: -Ability to tag or reference a google contact to tasks (not necessarily collaborators) - Detect phone number and email links in fields. - Detect a google contact and bring up contact details if name clicked. - Option to Preview pdf attachments in new window instead of new tab.
