You have to go through several steps to log in - every single time you open the app. Utter lunacy. Almost makes me want to go back to Bell. I could understand driving away business like this before they got sold off, but surely Vidéotron can do better now.

Just a wrapper for the website, doesn’t even stay logged in between launches (and the login process is comically onerous). Why bother making an app at all if you’re going to make one this bad?

Freedom needs to work on taking their web app and creating a clean, modern UI specifically for mobile devices. Also, the app should remember my login since its annoying to login every time to see usage. A dedicated custom app would be so much better than a wrapper for your website.
