Virgin Plus My Account puts control of your Virgin Plus services in your pocket. The app lets you manage your account 24/7: pay your bill, check your usage, view, download, and print your bill, and add or remove travel passes and other add-ons. You can even change your monthly plan right in the app.

Monitor wireless and Internet usage, view plan details, and get support from anywhere in the app. Good to know: we won't charge data when using 3G/4G/LTE networks, and the My Account app is available to monthly Members only. Prepaid users can login at virginplus.ca/prepaidlogin. Learn more about app permissions at virginplus.ca/privacy.
