Recent reviews

Why is it so difficult to make a one time payment when I have auto pay set up? My credit card is on file so I should be able to just push one button to make a one time payment off that card. The app forces me to change my payment type to Manuel, input all the credit card information over again, make the payment, and then switch back to automatic payments by re-inputting all that credit card information! Unnecessary re-work because somebody didn’t think through and understand the customer journey. Most things in this app work but the amount of hassle required in unacceptable. I dread using this app, but the wait times for calling in or “chat” are worse.

The gay/trans pride logo being displayed on the app is ridiculous and quite frankly disgusting. You’re a utility company, that has nothing to do with sexuality. This is just a way to virtue signal
