Recent reviews
This app is set up in such an egregiously dumb way. They require you to enter a code they text you. I never received the text after many “send again” attempts. The option to send via email is greyed out. Even though the email is literally the sign on. And the dumbest part is that i am trying to pay my bill. There should be a link to pay online without having to go through their moronic sign in protocols. This is a textbook case of stupidity in IT hiding behind security protocols That unnecessarily destroy customer experience.
