This app is unbelievably frustrating to use. It feels slow, unreliable, and unnecessarily complicated. Basic things that should take seconds often turn into a complete headache. The Navigation is confusing, things don’t work properly when you need them to, and instead of making managing your Shaw services easier, it creates even more frustration. For a company providing essential internet and telecommunications services, this level of app quality is simply unacceptable.
