2026-08-18	Si*****	This app is unbelievably frustrating to use. It feels slow, unreliable, and unnecessarily complicated. Basic things that should take seconds often turn into a complete headache. The Navigation is confusing, things don’t work properly when you need them to, and instead of making managing your Shaw services easier, it creates even more frustration. For a company providing essential internet and telecommunications services, this level of app quality is simply unacceptable.

2026-08-14	Ul*****	It is SO hard to contact customer service, there's no email, the chat is on the app helpless and you gotta be lucky to get an assistant through the phone. I have been trying to get a reimbursement because I paid the unreturned equipment fee, returned the equipment and it's been 5 months without getting the money back...
