horrendous company. called customer service as our internet is out. employee was extremely rude and unhelpful. said verbatim this is a you problem. wow, corporations better realize the people have the power to where they spend their money. discontinued our account and will advise everyone we know to avoid this company at all cost. you think youre a monopoly lol I would rather have no internet than spend my hard earned money to have customer service tell me this is a you problem. pathetic
