Recent reviews

Every single month, I run into issues trying to pay my SMECO bill through this app. It has never—not once—just let me log in and pay my bill without a problem. It constantly tells me my password is incorrect when I KNOW it isn’t. I’ve tried saving the password so there’s no chance of entering it incorrectly, and that doesn’t work either. I’ve even tried the option to log in using my account number and ZIP code instead of a password—and THAT doesn’t work! Why is it so incredibly difficult to give you money?! Paying a monthly utility bill should be one of the simplest functions an app provides. Instead, every month it turns into the same frustrating ordeal just trying to access my account and make a payment. I use plenty of apps to manage and pay bills, and I can honestly say this is the WORST app I have ever used. SMECO seriously needs to address the login and payment issues because customers should not have to fight with an app just to pay their bill.

I downloaded the app and I was able to make a new user account just fine. The issue is it won’t add my account and states there is no active account with the information I put in. When I do it online it worked just fine. This is app is pointless if I can’t even see my account information.
