Additional Features:

Bill & Pay - Quickly view your current account balance and due date, manage recurring payments and modify payment methods. You can also view bill history including PDF versions of paper bills directly on your mobile device.

My Usage - View energy usage graphs to identify high usage trends. Navigate graphs quickly using an intuitive gesture based interface.

Contact Us - Easily contact SSEMC by email or phone. You can also submit one of the many predefined messages, with the ability to include pictures and GPS coordinates.

Maps - Displays facility and payment dropbox locations on a map interface.

Absolute garbage does not let you work. Over the years I have tried this app 3 times to pay my bill. When I say years I mean since I bought my home 7 years ago so spaced out through out a 7 year span and still can not pay my bill through this app and it still crashes!!! Absolute trash just like the company that runs it

The updates are not very user-friendly anymore. Users are no longer able to download the app unless we have a iPhone 14 or later. I am not the type to keep up with the latest phone version if my phone is working perfectly fine. 😡
