You can monitor usage data, view bill forecasts and trends, compare bills, and customize alerts for outages, bill readiness, and upcoming payments. You can also manage AutoPay and Budget Billing settings and even report outages without signing in.

Truthfully, I can’t do anything about it and I mean it’s electricity not sure how exactly to rate. I will say the last few times that I spoke to a customer service rep. They were kind and they were helpful although I still can’t get answers to why my bill is so astronomically high for a single person living in a condo
