User Reviews

Users generally can view their electricity usage and pay bills, and an outage map helps during outages. However, the app suffers from persistent authentication and payment problems: frequent password resets and login failures, unreliable biometrics, unclear or missing pending payment indicators, activation/sign-in loops, and annoying UI friction. Core features exist but stability and authentication reliability need significant fixes.
Pros
  • Core functionality exists to view usage and pay bills.
  • Outage map provides outage information during events.
  • The app exposes usage data and billing history for users.
Cons
  • Frequent login and password reset failures, with resets not arriving or links missing.
  • Biometric logins (Face ID/Touch ID) don’t persist or reliably work, forcing password entry.
  • Billing status is unreliable (pending payments not clearly shown, risk of duplicate charges).
  • Activation and sign-in flows can loop or fail, with activation links not functioning.
  • UI/UX friction and instability (login screen issues, repeated sign-outs, input barriers).

1. Face ID - PLEASE make the app store my Face ID for more than a week or two. Most of us pay our bill once a month. And every month it tells me that I’ve been logged out and I need to enter my password. And then every month it asks (again) if I want to remember my Face ID and I say yes. Yet every month I’m logged out again. 2. Amount Due - This doesn’t update immediately after making payment, and like others have mentioned it’s very easy to make a double payment because it looks like the first one didn’t apply. Aside from those two issues, the app is easy to use and has potential. But those same issues have been a problem for *at least* 3-4 years if not longer.

Can’t even use the damn thing you’re constantly having to reset passwords that it will then forget the next time you try to use it
