This app has a long way to go and they never fix it in updates. You can't use Face ID to log in, still, after years of "updates" as the app never saves the info, so I have to type in all of my info every single time just to log in. Also, allow us to get a log in code via text and not just email, as at times the code doesn't come via email. Make these changes and update your app so it doesn't feel like it's 2010. Behind the times for sure, the interface could use updating as well.

Bio login has never worked. Makes me wonder what their API to my biometric data is actually doing on the backend.

Looking at all of the negative ratings, I expected this app to be fairly useless, but I was curious. It turns out, it has every bit of information that I was looking for, specifically how my usage has changed since replacing my windows and how my irrigation costs were compared to previous years. Is there a way this app could be slightly more intuitive? Of course. Would it be nice if I could just use touch ID or Face ID to login? Of course. But given that I can do everything that I want, I was very pleasantly surprised. Give it a try!
