Have been trying for about 2 years now. Hoping to be able to add my account, however when I go to put my account number it says that no service account is found then I try my phone number & same thing. I try my wives and the same thing too. I don’t understand how an app can be so bad. In my iPhone no less, which seems to be a trend.

Worked fine for years but after the last update I just call and pay or go to website. Major inconvenience.
