Routine Planner & ADHD Timer

Procrastination. Always forgetting things. No sense of how long anything takes… I built RUU to take the edge off all that all-too-familiar ADHD stuff — and to head off the dreaded "wait, what was I doing again?"

RUU is a habit-building timer app that puts your daily routines on autopilot. It breaks what you have to do into small steps, and the timer and reminders show you only the one thing to do right now. Instead of leaning on willpower, you lean on the system — and keep moving forward.

● Break routines into steps Just split the things you do every day into small steps and line them up.

● Run them one at a time, on a timer Set a duration for each step. With the time remaining in view, you can focus on this one thing only.

● Hear the next step out loud While a routine is running, RUU reads the next step aloud. Hands full? Can't look at the screen? You'll still catch "okay, this one's next" with your ears.

● Run it from your wrist with Apple Watch Keep moving through your routine without pulling out your (oh-so-distracting) iPhone.

● "Quick mode" for the rough days Flip on Quick mode to skip every task that isn't strictly keeping you alive, all at once. On a "I genuinely cannot today" kind of day — just eat something, and let the cleaning and studying slide!

● Branches that are quietly powerful Build the day's twists and turns right into a single routine.

Choice branches: decide on the spot mid-routine — "which way today?" (e.g., gym day vs. no-gym day) Day-of-week branches: the steps switch automatically by weekday (e.g., a different morning routine on weekdays vs. weekends) A habit app with low standards (on purpose) RUU won't scold you for the days you didn't pull it off. There's no streak counter tracking "how many days in a row," so if you're after a perfect record of your morning wins, this might honestly not be the app for you.
