How it works

When you open an app you've chosen to track, Mindful Drift gently interrupts with a simple question: how are you feeling right now? No judgment, just a moment of awareness.

From there, you can choose a redirect — a short breathing exercise, a quick journal entry, a walk, a glass of water — instead of scrolling. Or you can open the app anyway. Either way, you're choosing on purpose instead of on autopilot.
