I love the pause and self-love talks that it gives you before it unlocks the app, that is super helping me be much more mindful and aware with my social media use. Each time when I try to open IG this app reminds me to pay attention to it. I used to use Instagram so much that it became a big problem, but now I barely touch it. It has reduced my social media time by 70%. More importantly this app helps me with the social media detox step by step by habit tracking and motivation instead of directly blocking them. In addition, I love the simple onboarding. It's much easier to set up compared to other screen time apps that I have tried. If you want to step further, this app also provides digital well-being articles, which helps me to learn more about social media addiction, meditation, self-compassion, MBCT and so on. I really like it.
