Adaptive training for hybrid racers. Live heart rate, set-by-set logging, a coach you can talk to, and a plan that changes after every session you finish.
Training that rewrites itself after every session.
Hybrid racing asks for everything at once. Eight kilometres of running, eight functional stations, and the engine to hold pace between them. HRX Coach builds the training around your race date, your available days and the equipment you actually have, then adapts as you go.
Not a plan you abandon in week three
Most training plans are written once and never look at you again. HRX Coach keeps a short queue of upcoming sessions and rewrites what comes next after every workout you log. Rate a session hard, cut it short, miss a week, or hit a new squat PR, and the sessions that follow change to match.
Programmed for your setup
Choose from bodyweight, kettlebell, dumbbells, barbell, sandbag, SkiErg, RowErg, sled, medicine ball, box and resistance bands. You only ever get movements you can actually perform. Station work is programmed at competition loads for your category, so sled push, sled pull, wall balls, farmers carry and sandbag lunges match what you will face on race day.
Today
Open the app and see one thing: today's session. A countdown to race day, a coach note explaining why this session exists, your weekly progress, and what is coming next.
Plan
Browse the full upcoming block, filter by runs, stations or strength, and move any session to another day when life gets in the way. Add your own session, or describe what you want and let the coach write it.
The workout player
A live session timer, exercises grouped and laid out set by set, tick boxes as you work. Edit weight, reps, distance or time mid-session. Swap a movement, reorder the list, skip what the gym does not have. Everything is logged as what you actually did, not what you were told to do.
Live heart rate
Pair any standard Bluetooth chest strap or armband. No vendor app, no second account. Your BPM appears before you start, stays connected through the session, and is saved so you can review the full trace afterwards.
Talk to your coach
Tired legs. Only forty minutes. The rig is busy. Say it in plain language and the coach reworks today's session, showing exactly what changes before anything is applied. It knows your recent workouts, your RPE, and your best lifts, so the numbers it gives back are grounded in real training.
History worth reading
Every logged session grouped by week, with duration, RPE, how it felt, and your run splits. Tap any exercise to see how the numbers have moved over months. Your weekly streak sits at the top.
Strava
Connect Strava to push completed workouts across, or pull in a run or row you did elsewhere so it still counts toward how your training adapts.
Reminders
An optional planning nudge the evening before, a day-of reminder at a time you pick, and a notification when new sessions are ready.
Works without signal
Sessions are stored on your device first and synced to the cloud second. Log a workout in a basement gym with no reception and nothing is lost.
First race or chasing a sub-hour finish, HRX Coach keeps the plan honest and keeps it moving.
