Stillpoint is a private anxiety and panic tracker built for people who want to understand their own waves — not feed them to a server.
A 30-second check-in turns vague anxiety into a number, a trigger, and a line to yourself. A panic-attack log captures the spike — intensity, duration, body symptoms, what helped — so the next one is less of a stranger. Over weeks, patterns become visible: which time of day spikes, which trigger keeps coming back, whether you're trending up or down compared to last month.
CLINICAL CHECK-INS
Two validated self-screens used by therapists worldwide, available right inside the app:
• GAD-7 — Generalized Anxiety Disorder screen, seven questions, ~2 minutes.
• PHQ-9 — depression check, nine questions, ~3 minutes.
