Features & Capabilities

Most workout apps hand you a program and walk away. TrainCue stays with you — your program changes as you train, because the AI is paying attention. No account required to start.

YOUR PROGRAM, BUILT FOR YOU Tell TrainCue your goal, schedule, equipment, and any limitations. In about a minute, you have a complete training program — every workout, every exercise, every set and rep. Built around what you said you wanted, not a template browsed from a list.

IT ACTUALLY ADAPTS Crush three sessions in a row and next week gets harder. Miss your reps two sessions running and it backs off. The AI watches what you actually do and adjusts loads, volume, and progression to match — so you're never hunting for the right weight or guessing when to deload. The app handles it.

HONEST TARGETS Every workout shows what to do and how hard to push — "Last: 45 lb x 12, aim for 12 reps" on every exercise, and a flag when a lift is ready to progress. Clear, measurable, no guessing. One tap repeats your last set; skip or substitute any exercise without breaking the plan.

KNOW EVERY EXERCISE Every movement comes with a plain-English how-to — what it trains, technique cues, and the common mistakes to avoid. Most of the 375-exercise library includes a looping form-demo video, spanning barbell, dumbbell, machine, cable, kettlebell, band, and bodyweight.

REAL PERIODIZATION Beginners get a clean 4-week foundation. Advanced lifters get full block-periodized programs — hypertrophy phase, strength phase, peak, deload. Each phase trains you differently, the way a real coach would structure a 12-week prep.

LOG SETS WITHOUT FRICTION Tap to log a set. Rest timers, set counters, and PR detection are automatic. Personal records fire mid-workout with a haptic — you'll know the moment you've beaten your old best.

SEE WHAT'S WORKING Every exercise gets a trend page: top load, total reps, and an estimated-1RM curve with your PRs marked on it. Muscle-coverage bars show every muscle against its target zone — under, on target, or over — and a coverage radar shows your training balance at a glance. Finish a training block and a report card grades it honestly, lift by lift. Log bodyweight and waist to see trends and calibrate your starting weights.

SHORT ON TIME Six focus workouts — arms, shoulders, core, glutes, back, or full body — in 10 or 15 minutes with whatever equipment you have. And when life gets busy, TrainCue can offer a 20-minute version of today's session: main lifts kept, extras trimmed.

REVIEW BEFORE YOU COMMIT Every program opens with a plain-English account of why it looks the way it does, then goes through a review screen before activation. Swap exercises, adjust days, change emphasis. If something doesn't feel right, regenerate. The program goes live only when you say so.

SAVE YOUR PROGRESS Sign in with Apple to sync your programs, history, and PRs to the cloud — they survive a reinstall and follow you to a new device.

SERIOUS TRAINING, ZERO NOISE No social feed. No public profile. No popups telling you to invite friends. Streaks and milestones if you want them, none of the gamification you don't.
