Features & Capabilities

Pulse learns your body's patterns over 30 days to deliver a readiness score that's truly yours. No account needed. No data leaves your phone. Just check in and learn.

Pulse gives you a single daily readiness score — a clear 0 to 100 number that tells you how prepared your body is for the day ahead. No guesswork, no overwhelming dashboards. Just open the app, check in, and know where you stand.

HOW IT WORKS

Each morning, Pulse asks one simple question: how's your energy? It then pulls your overnight health data from Apple Watch — heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and sleep duration — and calculates your readiness score. In the evening, you check in again to reflect on how your day actually went. That's it. Two check-ins a day, less than 10 seconds each.

Pulse also tracks your steps and active calories throughout the day. These feed into your score as lagging indicators — yesterday's activity helps inform today's readiness, so your score reflects how your body is recovering from what you've already done, not just how you slept.

Your score is color-coded and broken down into its components so you can see exactly what's driving it. A confidence badge tells you how complete your data is for the day.

A SCORE THAT LEARNS YOU

This is what makes Pulse different. Most health apps apply the same formula to everyone. Pulse starts with an evidence-based scoring model, then trains a personal machine learning model directly on your device as you use it. Over your first 30 days, Pulse gradually shifts from general scoring to a model built entirely around your patterns — your sleep, your heart rate, your energy rhythms.

By day 30, your readiness score is truly yours. No one else will get the same score from the same data, because no one else has your baseline.

WHAT YOU'LL SEE

• A readiness score from 0 to 100 with a color-coded ring and plain-language description • Breakdown bars for each health component: HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, and energy • A personalization progress card showing how far along your model is • Live step count and active calories for the day • A history tab with trend charts across 7 days, 30 days, or all time • Summary stats including your average score and whether you're trending up or down

BUILT FOR YOUR PRIVACY

Pulse is 100% on-device. Your health data is read from Apple Health and never leaves your phone. The machine learning model trains and runs locally. There is no account to create, no server to sync with, no data collection of any kind. Period.
