• Periodised Training that’s personalised: Cadent’s training system takes through training cycles consisting of 4 x 1 week blocks, each with different signature elements that build in time for rest and recovery. Your personalisation is integrated with this engine.

You’ll be guided to train optimally based on your goal, and can break it all down with advanced metrics. • Free to use features: No long onboarding followed by a paywall!
