PACING TIMER & FOCUS MODE Work/rest intervals help you pace sustainably. Focus Mode shows one task at a time to reduce cognitive load.

SpoonDo uses analytics to improve the app and may show clearly labeled sponsor cards when enabled in Settings; SpoonDo never uses your task or energy data to select those cards.
