Candid Space gives you a place to put it all down and make sense of it before the day ends.

HOW IT WORKS

• Check in. A quick, judgment-free mood check-in to notice where you actually are, without needing to explain or justify it. • Reflect. Guided prompts help you unpack the day, whether that means working through stress and friction or noticing what went well and why. • Learn a skill. Based on your reflection, you'll unlock a specific CBT skill suited to that moment, something concrete you can name and use again. • Close with insight. To close the day, the AI offers a short insight based on what you shared, helping you see patterns or reinforce what's working. You can then return anytime to practice the skills you've unlocked, so they become something you actually build, not just something you read once.
