I decided to use an app for my Japanese Walking because I got tired of constantly checking my watch for interval changes. This app makes the changes easy and I can listen to my music knowing that the app will gently remind me it is time to speed up or time to slow down. I can also easily see what interval I am on too. It gives me a choice of starting slow or fast and allows me to set the total time I wish to walk. Very easy to use all the features.
