User Reviews

Users consistently praise JWT for its simple, well‑designed interface and its 30‑minute walking workouts that help them stay fit. The app is favored for easy interval pacing and for recording walks, making it a practical daily habit tool. However, a few reviewers report reliability issues (e.g., occasional miscounts or resets) and some want audible cues when the screen is off. Overall, it’s valued for simplicity and effectiveness, with some room for data accuracy and notification improvements.
Pros
  • Simple, well‑designed interface that’s easy to use
  • Supports effective 30‑minute walking workouts and steady pace
  • Helps with fitness goals and weight management
  • Keeps a record of walks/activities for accountability

I liked this app because it’s a single purchase and is well designed. The two problems with it are a) the notification system needs some more options, like a voice telling us “slow walking now” or “fast walking now” so we don’t miss the change. The system of a notification on the phone (which I’m not looking at) and Apple Watch (which doesn’t fire 100% of the time, or else I didn’t notice it 100% of the time) could be improved on. And b) we need the option for more than 5 intervals. What if I am doing a 45 minute walk, or a 60 minute walk?

I really enjoy this app, found about on TikTok and now whenever I’m on the treadmill this is what I use. I feel great after every workout.

This app has potential but needs work. The distances are often recorded incorrectly. At 70+ years old, I know I can’t cover 3.9 miles in 30 minutes. The last time I used it, on what should have been the last leg of time, it said I had 2 more cycles to go. Then before that was done the app started back to the beginning without recording any stats.
