When I was suffering from severe health anxiety, I couldn't find any apps that actually helped. Most were either too generic or reinforced reassurance-seeking behaviors. I needed something built on proven methods - CBT, ERP, and ACT - that would guide me through daily practice. So I built Condri to fill that gap, for myself and for anyone else struggling with health anxiety.

I’ve dealt with health anxiety for such a long time now to where it got to the point to where I was willing to do anything, I saw this app and knew I needed it immediately, I pay 9.99 I believe for the service but for me it’s extremely worth it. Definitely a beneficial app. Therapists charge way more so the 9.99 is cake.

I stumbled upon this app in a moment of desperation a week ago. I wanted to say THANK YOU to the people behind this because it is a VERY helpful resource. I think many that use it will agree that it is exactly the missing piece, even while navigating through therapies and other methods to learn to deal with uncertainty. I used CBT books and am currently in sessions with a good therapist though not one that specializes in CBT. I tried for a long time to look for a specialist and almost all will say that they specialize in CBT and yet as you start you realize they utilize some (usually little) in their practice and rely mostly on grounding and breathing techniques which work during the sessions but are lost shortly after they are done because it’s really hard to remember that you are not your anxiety while you’re stuck in the loop and there’s 3-5 more days until your next appt. (I didn’t truly realize that the root is being stuck in a loop and re-learning that uncertainty is tolerable is the way out. This app taught me that). Same with the CBT books, as great as they are and they helped sometimes for a month or two when I could keep my head clear, once another relapse happened then forget about it -the books were too far/you gotta find the part that’s relevant to you during a spiral and it didn’t help you break the loop like Condri. So thank you to the creators. The panic button and working through a thought, lessons and specific guided meditations (like sitting with uncertainty) are ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I 100% recommend this app for someone not only that struggles with health anxiety but that is willing to put in the work. It’s hard work but it does work.
