No coach and a race on the calendar? Tell us the date and the hours you actually have. You get a plan that knows what week it is, and says why.
Signed up for a race and no idea how to train for it? That is the normal starting point, and it is the one most training apps skip past.
Most people end up in one of two places. You download a plan somebody wrote for somebody else, and by week four it is asking for Tuesday evenings you do not have. Or you train by feel, do the sessions you enjoy, and arrive at the start line either undertrained or fried.
Triathlify builds the plan around your race, your date and the hours you genuinely have.
YOUR FIRST ONE?
Sprint triathlon, first marathon, first 70.3. You do not need to know what periodisation means to start. Answer a few questions: which race, when, how many years you have been training, which days you can actually train and how many hours fit in a normal week. Whether you swim in a 25 m pool or open water, whether you own a wetsuit, what kind of bike you ride. The plan is built from those answers rather than from an average athlete who does not exist.
If the schedule you gave us cannot carry the race you picked, the app says so before it builds anything, and shows you what would need to change. A plan that was never possible is worse than no plan.
A PLAN WITH A SHAPE
Base, build, peak, taper, race week, in that order, with recovery weeks on a cadence instead of whenever you crack. Your long ride and long run are protected, because they are the sessions the race is actually built on. The taper cuts volume and keeps intensity, so you arrive sharp rather than detrained. Distances covered: sprint, olympic, 70.3, full, and 5K through marathon.
WHEN LIFE GETS IN THE WAY
Miss a session, catch a cold, travel for work. The coach proposes a change and you accept or dismiss it. Nothing is rewritten behind your back, and nothing guilt-trips you for taking a rest day. Streaks count active weeks, not consecutive days, because a rest day is training too.
WHY THIS SESSION, TODAY
Every workout says why it exists now, at what effort, and what it should feel like. If that is not enough, ask in chat, in Polish or English. There is a full workout library with structured sets, a weekly calendar that opens into a month view, and a race-day brief for your event.
NUMBERS YOU CAN TRUST
Readiness, load, streaks and personal records come only from sessions you actually did. Where data is missing you see a dash. We would rather show you nothing than a score we made up.
FUELLING AND HYDRATION
Per session, worked out from your sweat profile and the forecast temperature: fluid, sodium and carbohydrate per hour. Bonking on your first long ride is a solvable problem, and a strange thing for a training app to stay quiet about.
WORKS WITH YOUR WATCH
Send a session to your Garmin. Import from Garmin and Strava, or add an activity by hand, including a FIT file. No watch is fine too. You can log a session in a few taps.
NOT RACING RIGHT NOW?
Choose maintain fitness or weight loss instead. Same structure, no start line: calm weeks, strength twice a week, recovery weeks on the same cadence.
WHAT IT WILL NOT DO
It will not watch your stroke and fix your catch. It will not replace a coach standing on the pool deck. If you have one, keep them. This is for the rest of us, training alone, trying to get the structure right.
The app, the coach and the support all work in Polish and in English.
Triathlify Pro unlocks the full plan, the coach and the adjustments. Monthly or yearly, after a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time in App Store settings.
