The UI is great. App is easy to use. Coping strategies mentioned are really helpful. It also has guided breathing exercises which is nice. The insights feature is also very good.

I have enjoyed the breathing exercise. The quick actions are great. It also had clear instruction of how to do each exercise or technique. It also includes coping quick times which are very useful . Love it !
