NuViva

NuViva is designed to support postpartum women's health management and is aligned with the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) Pregnancy Passport and FIGO Nutrition Checklist. It provides evidence-based guidance addressing postnatal physical recovery and training, nutrition optimisation, and information and screening tools targeting sleep and mental health. The app enables users to self-record biometrics and questionnaire-based screening tools, access research-backed educational resources, and remind postnatal women about regular follow-up assessments. The key components of the NuViva App include:

1. Storing of health information and data

The NuViva app can record health and labour details at hospital discharge, and at regular scheduled time points (6-8 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year postpartum), enabling continuum and consistency in record keeping, and monitoring of postpartum health status.

The app provides self-recorded tools for key health indicators, including blood pressure, body weight, BMI, waist and hip circumference, sleep, physical activity, mood, and sleep quality screening. Automated reminders will support regular health tracking and promotes engagement in postpartum health optimisation. 2. Educational resources

The NuViva app offers a collection of educational resources covering key postpartum health topics, including healthy diet, physical activity, and strategies to improve long-term maternal physical and mental health.
