Wellmum supports new mums through their recovery after childbirth and their everyday wellness, with personalized programs, nutrition tracking and a caring community. No pressure: you progress at your own pace, over the time science recommends.

Our durations and content follow medical guidelines (pelvic floor, mental health, getting back in shape): recovery builds over months, not a few days.

Health connection (Health Connect):

Optionally, and with your explicit permission, you can connect Wellmum to Health Connect. Wellmum then only accesses the data you authorize: • Steps and active calories (read): show your daily activity and personalize your stats • Weight (read): automatically track how your weight evolves, no manual entry • Heart rate (read): put the intensity of your sessions into context • Workouts and active calories (write): record your completed Wellmum sessions so your other health apps stay up to date

This data is never sold or used for advertising. You can revoke access at any time in Health Connect, or delete all your data by deleting your account.

Privacy:

Your data is hosted in France (European Union), encrypted, on infrastructure compliant with GDPR and certified for hosting healthcare data (HDS).
