I really like the update to the interface. Simpler and easier to follow and use.

i’ve always had issues with over eating and the food noise being SO LOUD. until i found this app. it allows you to check before and after meals and really get you to stop and think about what you need! my sleep has improved because i stopped binge eating at night. the app really gets into the psychological aspects of WHY we struggle which has helped me to understand and actually do something about it. 10/10 recommend for everyone
