User Reviews

User reviews show a mix: the app delivers solid HRV data, a meaningful energy score, quick daily checks, and strong Apple Watch/Health integration with helpful sleep and recovery insights. However, recurring concerns include pricing/trial confusion, questionable data accuracy, limited customization, device integration reliability, and pushy upsell prompts. Overall value depends on tolerance for costs and reliability concerns.
Pros
  • Detailed HRV metrics and an energy score that provide actionable insights into how your body feels
  • Quick, simple daily glance that helps decide whether to push or rest
  • Strong Apple Watch/Apple Health integration, consolidating Sleep, HRV, and workouts into one score
  • Sleep insights and recovery guidance that users find eye-opening and valuable
  • Valuable for training decisions and recovery, especially for users transitioning from Garmin/Apple Watch
Cons
  • Pricing/trial confusion and charges (no free trial, forced subscription, misrepresented trial)
  • Inaccurate or inconsistent readings with issues like battery score not updating and conflicts with Apple Health
  • Limited UI/Settings and customization (no Settings tab, cannot change units, captions cut off, no clear support)
  • Integration issues across devices (some features not updating, watch-only battery score, reliability concerns)
  • Pushy marketing/upsell prompts (e.g., Body Charge window)

Giving one star because there’s no trial. You’re forced to do a subscription regardless of the price. I have no way to see the app until I pay money. It might be a great app and it might be the worst app. I think it’s icky that companies take all your data all your information and then make you pay before you know what you’re getting.
