I get very different values with the age and fitness components, sent screen shots and got the not very helpful response that it’s a bug but no offer for a refund. Starting in May 2026 the app keeps pushing to upgrade to the premium version which I already subscribe to. I delete it, redownload it and it works for a day or so before asking for the upgrade. 5/26/26, thanks for the app update, it fixed the problem.

a very pleasant view of a lot of detailed health data. I like that it presents as glanceable - yet informative, but there’s plenty to dive deeper into when you have the time. good selection of widgets with the same pleasing, glanceable info. i use this to gauge when i can push and when i should hang back and it has been surprisingly spot on! i have had this app for a while, but due to such accurate consistency, i decided to subscribe. —— i have found a bug though.. Under the Fitness > Heart section, the RHR shows “Your current resting heart rate is outside standard bands” with a question mark icon if your resting HR is under 46. As an athlete, mine is at the 41 range on average. so maybe increase the that to incorporate a larger range?
