I shouldn’t have to close out the app and reopen it just to check my calls. It won’t save contacts who can bypass the AI receptionist. I’ll select four contacts and it’ll pick one and save it. It’s almost as if the data array is overwriting itself or only recognizing the last contact selected. Why I have to consistently force close the app and reopen just to see the call details is no longer frustrating, but disappointing. I’m on a grandfather plan and bought an annual subscription, but I’ll be deleting this app soon due to the lack of stability, lack of response in submitting help cases, and overall lack of focus on the customers. I wrote this review less to earn the potential users but more so to get the developers to put eyes on a poor product that you’re charging your customers. Shame on you.
