this app works for simple things like messaging providers and making appointments but trying to find anything else is challenging

It logs out if you switch to another app for even a few seconds - making note taking painful copy&paste works poorly navigating the app is painful - with internal links from which you can’t return info links aren’t clearly distinguished from links to personal data messages from my medical team are intermixed with marketing messages dead links are common (reflecting the same problems on the website), test results appear in a strange order often hiding the most recently reported results, there does not appear to be a way to see all tests that have been ordered - some things are prompted, such as scheduled inoculations, but rarely tests ordered by whoever I’ve just seen, navigation is horrible with different menus offering different data options and intermixed personal data and generic info.
