I've been using the Portal to talk to my doctors and nurses and it has been extremely efficient and helpful. No more voicemails trying to get a hold of nurses that are super busy. They are able to check the portal on the fly and respond very quickly.

Nobody monitors the app or answers messages. When they do it’s someone from a different department that says they can’t help and gives you numbers or contacts you have already tried over and over. Multiple messages and voicemails … how is this possible that in 2026 nobody gets back to you after months. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
