MyLVHN provides LVHN patients with secure, cross-provider access to medical records across LVHN hospitals, LVPG practices, and care settings. You can view your health information and track your care across episodes from anywhere, helping you stay informed and connected.

With MyLVHN you can schedule appointments, review medical information, request prescription refills, pay or review bills, and send non-urgent messages to your health care team. It also connects to Apple HealthKit to pull health data from your devices into MyLVHN. If you’re new, visit MyLVHN.org to create an account; Hazleton-area patients should use the MyLVHN Hazleton portal.

Unfortunately, when a patient is in the hospital and the caregiver needs to communicate with the caregiving team, it’s not possible. You get a message saying, if you have any questions type them here and the page says unable to process communication. You also need an email box for process improvement suggestions. I’ve been through hell with having two parents in this hospital. There’s no one to talk to case managers are inept. They tell you one thing and do another. I’ve just had horrible experiences since there’s no way to communicate. i’ve sat and waited eight hours in the hospital to speak to a doctor when my mother was in the trauma unit no one showed up. She sat there for four days with a broken leg and no one help her but I’m sure we would charge for it. doesn’t upper management want to know what’s going on?
