There is plenty of information on this site Pros: Enjoy ease of check in, pre check questions, copays, telehealth, messages to care teams and so much more Cons: The only downside in my mind is having test results immediately available to the patient. I feel like this causes patience to immediately go to the Internet to search what words and phrases mean when they should wait and be told by their physician. But overall, it is a great product probably the Cadillac of all patient portals
