This app freezes frequently and often fails to work properly. Many of its features become unresponsive or stop working altogether, and there are times when the app remains unusable for days. It’s disappointing that such a large university and hospital would provide an app with so many reliability issues—especially since this is an official patient app. This isn’t a gaming or entertainment app that users can simply replace with another option. Patients rely on it to access important healthcare services, so it should be dependable, stable, and consistently functional.

افشل واجهة والتطبيق معظم الbuttons يلي فيه ما بستجيبوا، بس ببعتلك رمز تأكيدي بكون من ٦ خانات ع الموبايل بينما مكان ما نعبي الرمز بسمحلك بس تدخل ٤!! اخر تحديث لإله من سنة فلذلك مو غريب انه واقع
